We built a dedicated inside agency for BMW to constantly measure, test and create fresh content for their website. In addition, we used resource from our central team to build and develop BMW’s new websites. We’ve enhanced the desktop site and rebuilt the entire UK mobile / tablet site, delivering a new and improved user experience. Using data analytics we are then able to fine-tune the sites on a daily basis.
This has increased lead generation and improved customer engagement at critical points in the buying journey.
